  1. The winner of the Cutest Dog voting will receive prizes with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $600.00:

(Perpetual care is defined as a percent of the cost goes into a perpetual care fund to assure the pet owner that the lot will be well maintained. Other costs that will be the responsibility of the pet owner include: preparing the grave, pet casket/vault, and closing the grave.)
